Montrose, MI, June 07, 2015(PressReleaseCircle) — EnviroFry Upkeep Masters, LLC, introduces its construction and debut of a powerful bicarbonate soda blasting system to remove toxic mold growth and paint from walls, ceilings, and floors in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and elsewhere in residences and commercial buildings for the effective mold remediation, as well as for basement wall surface preparation in advance of crystalline waterproofing.

The trailer-mounted system includes a very high air flow rate and high air pressure Chicago Pneumatic air compressor, plus a large capacity soda blaster to propel bicarbonate soda particles at high speed and forcefully against moldy and painted surfaces to remove both toxic and household mold growth and paint from wood surfaces such as wall, ceiling, floor timbers, and masonry surfaces, as well as a large electric generator to produce the 22 amps of 240 volt electric current required to energize the compressor.

The system’s 200 feet of connecting hoses allow the firm to do soda blasting of attics, basements, and other areas a long way from the location of the trailer-mounted equipment.

“Crystalline waterproofing of basement walls requires that the walls be totally cleaned of all paint, dirt, and mold growth prior to the first step of troweling on of the crystalline product that waterproofs basement walls by growing crystals to fill in air gaps (water seepage paths) between cement, sand, gravel, and other particles that are present in poured concrete walls or masonry block construction. Basement wall waterproofing is a key and integral component of effective mold remediation,” advises Upkeep Masters vice president Phillip Fry, who is a Professional Industrial Hygienist and Certified Environmental Hygienist.

Although the firm does commercial building and large home mold removal projects throughout most Midwest and Eastern USA cities and states, EnviroFry Upkeep Masters, LLC, tries to concentrate its residential mold remediation services anywhere in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and western Pennsylvania.
